Considering the fact that i need to move in a few months and that i maybe will be in Japan for a few months / years, i needed something to keep in touch with my family here. The most easy way would be a webcam ofcourse. Problem: I never was a real fan of webcams. There was always something that was bugging me about those things (quality/features/...). But yesterday i visited a friend that was playing with this one. The quality of this one was quite well. Will post a deeper analysis of the device once i got a chance to thoroughly test it. One of the things that made me choose this one is actually the rather advanced face recognition software that is delivered with this thing. it makes for some good practical jokes i think :). Me very anxious to deep-test this shiny! Will keep you informed :)
