Coffee and chocolate (favourite kinds) by tar_gzip2002-11-20 04:04:30
How to make "good" coffee by ideur 2002-11-20 04:38:58
From the back of a bag "Turkish Coffee":

"Traditional Preparation":
1.Boil a quantity of water equivalent to the number of servings required
2.Add one heaped tea spoon of coffee for every cup and required sugar amount and stir
3.Bring to a boil on low flame. Take off when the coffee starts rising and serve

You can find "Turkish" or "Greek" coffee in middle eastern type stores or you can try a "kosher" store. Otherwise you could use espresso coffee or some other very fine grinded coffee.
