Could it be that you're sort of not really part of your own life, but just observing your own behaviour and now and then just doing something for the heck of it? That seems to be my problem. What are you doing the whole day, exactly? Hanging around pondering great thoughts, being bored? That's what I do. Or do you try to achieve things, but just not hard enough? Your post doesn't make that one quite clear. And just how old are you? Just trying to compare your situation and mine.
