Yesterday after posting:
- Tedious document wrangling.
- Got notice at work of annual bonus: $1500 paid on 7 March (about $1000 net to me).
- Went to $BigBoxStore to order stove/oven with whole family (was NOT due to the bonus announcement). Worked with one of two Friendly Competent Employees who remembered us from when we bought our dishwasher last year.
- MrsMal got approved for over 2x what we needed, 12-months no-interest same as cash. Guess what that bonus will be paying off? (More like paying 80% of it; income tax return will cover the rest.)

Today:
- Same tedious document wrangling.
- Wife needs to go to two places tonight to buy people's used stuff. But good stuff, like 19 original hardcover Dr. Seuss books for only $13.
- One lady lives near a Culver's... the closest Culver's to us but too far to be a regular thing.
- After all the talk about bacon burgers, guess what I'm having for dinner? Yeah.

It's wonderful when the evening is truly the highlight of my day, together with family.
