I can't stand that maneuver either. The ones I despise are the ones who go into the stall, piddle all over the seat, don't flush, then leave without washing their hands. So...you did all of that anti-Golden Rule stuff, just so you could skip washing your hands and come out potentially compromised on the cleanliness front anyway? Seriously? How hard is it to AT LEAST push the seat up with your foot before letting rip? Maybe hitting the handle (especially on many industrial toilets, which have the big handles) with aforementioned foot.
