beside the pizza when reheating in a microwave. The boiling water keeps the 'za from drying out. The only tweak I'd add is to preheat the water before zapping the pizza. (And ensure that the water is able to boil. I've heard that the water can become superheated if there aren't any nucleation sites on the container)
