One election every 5 years, every candidate, office, measure, proposal, issue to be voted on done all at once.
Every candidate on a single ballot, no "You registered as $PartyX so you don't get to vote for $PartyY" BS.
Make them all be mail ballots so everyone can take a week to do theirs, stick it in the prepaid envelope, and it goes to the sorting center for counting.
No campaign ads, no begging for donations, no getting to badmouth your opponents, just a name & resume' on the ballot for voters to read & decide upon.
