catch a ride to the local target and have them order the device to the store. pay there where the pos terminal should accept the card. or, have them order it to your address and pay there. ...I wonder if there was an activation issue when the card was purchased, can you have someone call the 800 number on the card and verify the balance? might be a good place to start.
