They can be found at most home centers. It might be better to look for an appliance parts supplier and get the right ones for your oven, though. That would eliminate any question of the connectors themselves. If there are no parts houses nearby, look online. I have ordered stuff from a site called eReplacement Parts before. They have quite the selection there.

ClovisMan brought up a good point - galvanic corrosion. Not knowing what the element connectors are made from (likely welded to the heating element itself), that is also quite possible.
