See here, the first image on the page. The right-most blue one matches the terminal on the heating element, and right-most red connector is the same shape/type that I crimped onto the wires in each case.
Heat ratings: No clue. The connectors I used came out of a kit that I bought from a hardware store, which included the crimping tool I used.
