It also appears there are some unofficial iOS compatible applications. It's worth some additional investigation. I'm also still determining exactly how high to ratchet my paranoia level (using Truecrypt or similar). If the KeePass database is encrypted that might suffice for now. Reading Truecrypt info suggests that it (even in portable) requires admin rights on the machine, which would preclude using it in a work environment.
