Rush Limbaugh named kids' Author of the Year by RetiQlum22014-05-16 13:20:38
Not of those who know it was based on SALES by wwill 2014-05-16 14:26:14
and sales alone.

Anything that slimeball writes is going to sell, even if he has to buy ten thousand copies himself. The competition was based on the sales of the book and that was all. It was on sales only, THIS year anyway; they organizers say they're thinking HARD about changing things to exclude the probability of fake, revisionist history making the list in anything other than the FICTION category, ever again.

If Gush Scumbag had put it in the FICTION category, nobody would have blinked. It's nothing BUT fiction, and right-wing historical revisionism.

Read it. Dare you. "Horse Snot" and all. And then actually THINK about what the MORAN (sic, T-B'er approved spelling) is saying about how the country was settled.

The main purchaser, by the way, seems to be the "Christian Home School" segment. They're certainly well-read critics of factual history treatises, I'm sure, and well-equipped to teach their children exactly what is incorrect about this book... They of course won't just accept anything the Ditto-Head-In-Chief spews out as capital-T Truth, now will they?

(That is, if the MAIN purchaser wasn't actually the author himself (and there are allegations, unproven as yet, but they seem to be based somewhat on possible truth, time will likely tell), and that there was a bit of 'ballot-box-stuffing' going on to boost the sales of this piece of trash.)
