should be as simple as giving your user permissions on that particular computers local settings. (This is what I would do as a Domain admin) Now, if you need to do that on more than that particular system then They should create a group for that in the AD and give you permissions similar to a power user to do that task. Much of this depends on how they have the restrictions set up and if they are local or group policy or similar.
