OK, I haven't done the dramatisation but I did a rough scan of the transcript. The one you want is the last one I think. They had some thing similar regarding scanners before they got to photocopiers. The guy states he has certificates from MS and Novel and used to get money for fixing computers. He has worked in the place for years and has seen people using the equipment in question. Just don't let him near any of my computers or anything electronic like a toaster.
