I only did phone support ONCE, for a month (when I was in fear becoming homeless & starving if I didn't). A month was as long as I could stand it. We ALL wanted to do something like Greg did here, but we knew they'd fire us immediately. Heck, they'd fire you for spending "too much" time in the bathroom...
