As I've said previously, I am not familiar with the details of this specific case but have been arguing more on general principles. Thank you for these facts. I will be interested to see how this case pans out, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if these specific details play a significant role in the decision. One of the challenges in any SCOTUS case is finding the right party to represent the challenge. Perhaps Hobby Lobby isn't the best choice for this one?
