However, a quick image search reveals about three different types out there. The ones that are multi colored in vertical parts, my kid has one. It's a inch tall band around the waist with multiple tulle strips tied or otherwise fastened at the middle around it. The ends are then formed into the tulle puff. There are two basic "layers", but they're intertwined. If you want to see pictures, ping by email and I'll take some as soon as I can. (See post in Illiways re my upcoming time.)
