close to your heart, ignore the rest. Who knows, you might be the one who actually gets it right (since no one can proof anything)! And/or: Find a good person to talk to, may it be a friend, priest, monk, philosopher... With a truly good person you can talk about your point of view no matter hers or his personal beliefs. Myself I find strong support in Henry Dunant and his ways of believing in the good of humanity.
