That the website itself is clean and another site hosted on the server is infected. Google loves to flag IP addresses over domains where maleware is concerned. I even think there is a UFie here who had their site flagged once over someone elses domain hosted from the same machine.

Either don't trust it, wait until the error is resolved, OR, use your smartphone or a live linux.

I get certificate mismatches all the time here and at theregister, sometimes it is a wonky cert, other times it is a misspelled host in the cert address, it is always related to the ad networks, not the websites. I just hit cancel and continue on through.
