Bellator will have to get use to the US, 'Third World' working conditions. I was sceptical about joining the union when I first came here, but the wife insisted. It's a shame North American Unions can't work for the people the way they are suppose to.
I know the new guy, he filled in for the old boss when he was on paternity leave. Even when he was learning the job, he did well on the scheduling. Apparently he is also picking up some of the other jobs such as ordering the cleaning chemicals and uniforms, so that should be good for the dish staff, even if I won't be one of them (these are additional duties to his regular warehouse job). |
