Work Schedules that have to be posted in writing 2 weeks prior to the shift, alterations that have to be Approved 2 weeks in advance, and any "Emergency alteration" can be declined by the employee without penalty?
Yet they sprang a schedule change on you with <24Hrs notice & demanded you work it anyway?
Uh huh, methinks Union Boss is about to have a certain restaurant CxO up against the wall with a rabbid lawyer baying at their b4s.
Doubling of their breakfast load?
Will they be getting any additional employees, or is the same bunch of slow-as-mole-a3es supposed to do it?
If they get more people, will that include folks to wash their own damned dishes?
Or will they keep sending up their crap to the other kitchens for washing?
Going from 1,500 customers to 3K+ sounds like a lot.
Is that per shift, per day, or what?
Will there be extra employees to help, or just the normal amount of workers?
Will you, as the new FabioPoolStud have to do anything about their visits to the F.U.Farie, or will you be able to smile, wave a dismissive hand, & chortle "Not my problem anymore!"?
On one hand I hope they crash & burn for treating you like crap.
On the other hand I wish they'd realize JUST how much they need you, come crawling back on their hands & knees, groveling & begging for you to "name your price" to return & get their ship afloat once more.
