one of his little PV panels should operate the motor.

I can not copy paste now, but, of the six "configurations" the kit he linked is capable of, it lists the draw of the motor between 20 and 100mA. Only one project was 100mA (windmill), the rest were 60mA and below.


...why not start with a 1.5v battery to diagnose the motor?
