Its recognizing that the rules sometime by joecrouse 2014-02-04 19:56:28
have a why and that why is "because I said so and no other reason".

For instance at work,

I can give anybody on my domain Administrative rights and notify the AD team that I have done so. They then add the user to a an ad group that keeps track of same and makes sure system cleanups do not remove permissions... However the Official rules state I am supposed to have the user go into the office ordering web site navigate to the listed item, ORDER the administrative rights from another group, who is then going to take a week or more to do the same task the same way with the exact same tool that I have access to at the same cost and they are going to call the exact same team to tell them to add the user to the local admin group in AD.

The rule is STUPID and has zero effect on the outcome except my way is immediate or close enough. I CAN break it and nobody will care for the most part.
