aka: farmer was saving some soybeans to re-plant later, got sued by the seed "maker" for violating the license. When seeds have a licence you know things are getting stupid. I forget what happened to the lawsuit but the farmer did track down some patent free seeds eventually. Was some work to do apparently given the prevalence of the patented seeds.
