My experience has been that I design my reporting	by twixt	2014-02-03 15:27:20
systems such that whatever happens should someone not "engage brain before opening mouth" - turns out to be unpleasant enough the aforesaid procedure is reliably performed henceforth. This seems to prevent a lot of frustration on the part of those who are part of the solution - and lowers the probability I'll have to deal with "wally and his ilk" in future. It's called "Holding people as able." and then "There are dire consequences if you are not part of the solution." after that. Works really well - as long as upper-management aren't part of the problem. In that case - it's time to set up a secure connection to the Orbital LART and fiddle with the beamweapon settings... :-)
