RSS News Feed article about how a Pensylvania Credit Union is suing Target for all the crap the CU has gone through because of Target's F4 up.
It's presumed to become a Class Action by essentially any & every financial institution that's had to spend millions replacing cards, closing accounts & reopening new ones, and refund all the defrauded monies of those members already hit by the hackers.
Methinks Target is gonna get it's bottom line turned into a bloody-red-ink entry into Hell.
