In a time when people "watch" that kind of commercial in vast masses, and almost worldwide, the "schedule" is catering for the biggest amount of consumers.

First things I saw about "soup a bowl" was a link to "the best comercias of" ... looks as if the whole POINT iof that television sesion is "commercials". And for those few who want the commercials be broken up, yes, there is a show of highly paid actors dancing on a green field.
Whether that is a "game" or a "play" is not important: it's part of the one long commercial.

I don't know how many people watch that show for the acting dancers, and how money watch it for the really good acting and quite decent humour of the rest of the commercial show.

And whether the timing of the event is for mr Yank and mr Sixpack (USA latitudes), or for mr Yé (latitudes China, Korea ...) and mr Ladbroke (more officially present in EU than mr Yé) .
