Giving back control over enduser rights to the business would be better still: that way they just handle the users and groups per business unit, add and remove when THEY want to update. But it's this "spreadsheet" that they want to maintain for now, and they want us to execute the changes. They think that "ICT has taken away their control", but they don't see what can go wrong with this kind of "communication of the demand"
