That it resets after 25. I've solo'd double nodules on it (as much as you can get without doing the -ml turn stacking nonsence)... Right, without asking you for a chunk from it on verbose, I'm going to assume it's triggering on the "how many fumble" setting. I solve that with stupid amounts of overpreperation and potions. Though there's some things that cause never miss too.
