He has now showed how powerful his posturing is by forcing a meaningless response from the White House. 'Does the President have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on American soil?' The answer to that question is no." Whoopeee! A definitive answer forced by Sen. Paul. And nothing about who it is that determines whether an American is engaged in combat, nor exactly what constitutes combat. But we all get the nice warm feeling of safety from the Democrat POTUS by having this answer, don't we?
