Installing Win 7 on my director's laptop. by SaylorA 2013-03-07 12:21:53
For the last couple of months her laptop had been behaving oddly, even for me. So when she scheduled a trip out of town for the next few days and didn't plan on taking it with her, I told her that I would wipe the drive and do a fresh install of Windows.

The thing is she was still using XP. When we bought her computer it should have come with Vista, but we asked for the down-grade to XP. Now that we have some volume licenses for 7, I getting her up with (almost) everyone else. I still have one user using XP and the reason for that is that her machine is to old for 7.
