in any state in the union. I'm squeaky friggin clean as far as a criminal background check goes. You can pass a background check until after the fact that you do something. (In fact if you do not get caught and do the job properly you can pass the background trick for the next gun and the next gun too ad infinity till you get caught. ) Every one thought David Berkowitz was a normal guy till they caught on to him and he slipped up.
