There is a certain percentage that simply WILL NOT <ANYTHING>.
Whatever it is, these morons WILL NOT. And it will always be the same ones, time and time again. Make a list, as they pop up. You'll see them again next time there is a form to fill in, or a document to endorse and return, or whatever. And they'll be EXECUTIVES at their places of employment.
The grunt in the trenches will do it right almost every time. It's the BOSSES that will screw it up. |
