But I can't fill it out online and print it...because apparently the hardcopy has to be a specific color to facilitate scanning??
Seriously? The US federal government, with its trillions of dollars, buys scanners that only work with certain colors??
And these colors are so special that they can't be reproduced by a good laser printer??
Nope. You have to call the IRS or go-online and ORDER free copies of the official form. They will then be delivered, via the US Postal Service, in just a couple weeks.
