If you get in a spacecraft going at just the right fraction of the speed of light, then AC on Earth at 50Hz can appear to actually be at 60Hz.

Otherwise... no, I don't know of any way to convert AC frequencies without intermediate rectification and re-inversion. Or using mechanical means and thus losing a lot of power to inertia and friction.
