Leotard, tights, wrap-around skirt (length might vary, but generally made out of some sort of filmy chiffon), leg warmers, wrap-around cardigan/shrug. Colour depending on personal mood and what suits. If you've not seen Black Swan, there's a lot of rehearsal scenes in there, so that's a good place to start.
