1) Boil ramen.
2) While ramen is boiling, beat an egg with half the seasoning packet, some cheese, and whatever herbs and spices you feel like adding. (Usually I will shake some Italian seasoning blend in there.)
2.5) Get out a small frying pan, grease it, and put it on medium-low heat. (This is step 2.5 because I forgot to put it in before writing steps 3 and 4 and didn't feel like renumbering.)
3) When the ramen is done, dump it into the bowl you beat the egg in (you used a bowl, right?) and mix well.
4) Dump the ramen-egg mixture into the frying pan. Cook on one side until the egg starts to set on the bottom, probably about 5-7 minutes.
5) Flip (it helps if you spray your spatula with your cooking spray), and sprinkle with cheese so it melts as the new bottom side is cooking, another 5 minutes.
6) Enjoy!
You can also add vegetables; I've done red pepper, frozen corn, and zucchini, in various combinations and permutations. |
