Excellent stuff, we found out after we had to switch off of most all dairy products (casein intolerance, we think; it's not a lactose issue). (Yoghurt and most cheeses, in moderation, but that's all. I miss ice cream sometimes.)
Tried soy milk - too much gas. WAY too much.
Rice milk? Too thin and watery-tasting, but not -too- bad.
Almond milk? Delicious. We no longer miss cow milk at all, plain or vanilla-flavoured. And as for the dark chocolate almond milk, it's like drinking a Mars bar.
My 10-year-old grandson drinks that stuff by the quart when he's here. All I'll let him guzzle in one day is a quart or I swear he'd try to finish the gallon at one sitting.
