Taking witness statements:Talking to users about why their systems isn't working. Or a mechanic talking to a vehicle owner about a problem with the vehicle.

Crowd Control:Teachers and large event coordinators do this on a daily basis.

Investigations:Troubleshooting a bad network connection requires investigating what's going on in the network.
