a taste of human hospitality are often put down by the authorities to prevent them from being a danger to unwilling hosts. Including bears.

Going after domestic pigs on property where children are outside playing . . . that seems to fall under this category. This wasn't a hunting kill or a trophy kill. The charges should be summarily dropped.
