Everyone is responsible for their own actions. From the cop threatening the lives of those he is sworn to protect to the Bureaucrats who put policies in place that enabled the hiring of said officer. In the case of insisting test scores be lowered because enough minorities seem incapable of passing them I am left wondering 1. Is the Bureaucrat saying $race is too stupid to pass the exams? 2. Is Law Enforcement really the kind of job we want to see the bar lowered for?
