Interview went very, very well. They put a laptop with a shell prompt in front of me, and asked me to demonstrate how I would do various things. I got lucky -- they only asked things I knew!
Then they had me write a few sample emails to users to explain things, one of which they described as "beautiful" (the email, not the user).
Finally, the last 20 minutes or so of the interview were spent on musician-talk, and discussion of geek TV shows.
I also got to learn a little about them, their work environment/work style, new employee training, etc. This is *DEFINITELY* a place I would like to work at.
