This of course assumes that the disk you want to wipe is in /dev/sdb, but I'm fairly confident that you will check and double-check that a couple of times ... :-)

You may get faster (or in some cases slower) results by setting a block size as well. A pass with /dev/zero is much less taxing on the kernel, though, and should suffice for all but the most paranoid (IMO).
