After some sleuthing I guess one endpoint is in Stöpen? If so, how bad is traffic if you were to cross Rv26 up there? Doable, or would it be playing dodgeball with cars? If there's any point in that of course depends on what side of Rv26 your other endpoint is, but there looks to be quite a nice road from there down to about your point A and then a bit smaller one down to the hospital area... A bit longer , but not much compared to what an alternative route (not using the piece what might be walk/bike only) to the east would be (and that is assuming väg 200 is allowed).
