Take the natural spell feat (usually applys to Druids in Wildshape but in your case, bend it cos your still as intelligant as a druid in Wildshape) Possibly Silent spell to remove semantic componants

I dunno if you could do 80 gallons with one spell though.... this reaches into maximise and extend and enlarge spells which are metamagic feat territory.

In other news, i just spent the day building a level 8 Warmage(3.5 edition from Complete Arcana) me likey....
