The linked moped is a EU Class 1 (45km/h top speed) and thus requires registration. when I bought mine (from dealers) it was all included in the price.
I believe there's no cost for transfer of title if buying used, only for new registrations.
All mopeds require basic traffic insurance "trafikförsäkring". Cost varies by company and location. I live 25km outside Gothenburg and currently pay ~1800 SEK/year to Länsförsäkringar.
Other buys - a good helmet. W/o a integral (closed) one my face would have been mush when that pickup turned across me while my attention was on the car trying to enter from the right.
As it were, slight nose bleed, broken left upper arm and a piece of the left "hip bowl" knocked loose, + some minor cuts and scrapes on knees/legs, were quite bad enough... |
