I'm looking at getting a little scooter for running around the city in. I know (in Sweden) my regular drivers license is good for mopeds as well. Does anyone know; a) If the vehicle (moped) needs to be registered like a car with plates? (if so, how much can I expect to pay?) b)This is the moped I'm considering (via Google Translate) being a first time buyer, is there anything that I should consider before buying (other than considering how much money I'm spending?)
