(NYT, Mar. 3, 2011) Soldier in Leaks Case Was Jailed Naked, Lawyer Says. And, of course, they would never try to break someone, physically and mentally, because that person was a public embarrassment.</sarcasm> The precautions may be legitimate. We don't know, at least not yet. But it sounds like the government should show cause for these actions.
