and one of the phone monkeys outright lied to me i'd say it's a valid feeling... Going to call Monday and insist on one of two things: 1: A replacement gets shipped now, "standard rma" or not 2: The replacement gets shipped next day. either way i'm filing a complaint against the original phone monkey.
