They have their own charm, mainly in the form of a wide array of flamer- and melta-based weaponry, and zeal nearly unmatched anywhere in the Imperium. They root out corruption and heresy within the Imperium and put the heretics to the torch. They tend to disavow the use of psykers though, which kinda leaves them at a disadvantage in certain situations, notably full-on manifestations of Chaos and demonic incursions.
